
A Nigerian lady has shared a disturbing voice note allegedly sent by her landlord, vowing to infringe on her rights after she rejected his relationship proposal.
She posted the clip on her TikTok page, where she appeared briefly in the video before playing the voice note the landlord reportedly sent to her on WhatsApp.
In the caption, she linked the landlord’s threatening remarks to her refusal of his romantic advances.
She wrote: “You rejected your landlord’s proposal?”
In the voice note, the landlord could be heard ranting, saying: “See somebody I’m always playing with. I’ll put my eyes on you, you’ll be uncomfortable in this compound. I want to infringe into your right.”
“If na light bill wey you suppose give and you no give, I’ll cut your light. If on Saturday they do anything and you’re not involved, you’ll know who I am.”
The post quickly went viral, prompting several social media users to flood the comment section with reactions and concerns.
