The business owner, referred to as @damveee, shared in an online video that she decided to support a small business owner similar to herself, but later regretted her choice due to the misspelled birthday decoration.
The vendor’s blunders caused her to look foolish in front of her client, despite having provided the sample and wording for the decoration she wanted.
During their WhatsApp exchange, she explicitly stated to the vendor that she wanted an alphabet decoration that read I HEART YOU. However, upon entering the surprise room, she was confronted with I HART YOU, boldly showcased on the wall with lettered balloons.
She mentioned that when she became aware of the error, her client had already arrived, leaving her with no opportunity to correct it other than to apologize.
