A fatal accident involving operatives of the Abia State combined security agencies nicknamed Operation Crush, occurred in Umuahia, resulting in the d3ath of one officer.  It was gathered that several other security personnel were injured in the accident which occurred at Ihie Ibeku along the Bende Road in Umuahia on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
